PENGARUH PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DAN MINAT KERJA TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK NEGERI 1 SUKOHARJO

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of industry work practice towards
readiness of work student; (2) the effect of work interest towards readiness of work
student; and (3) the effect of industry work practice and interest work towards readiness
of work student. This research was a correlational research with a quantitative approach.
The population in this research were 108 student of calss XI program of Office
administration Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo in academic year of 2018/2019. A
sample were taken using Krejcie and Morgan table (1970) that was 86 sample. The
method of collecting data this research was used questionnaire and documentation. The
technique of analizyng the data used multiple regression analizying by using SPSS
version 23. The result of this reaearch showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant
of industry work practice to readiness of work student at Vocational High School 1
Sukoharjo (tcount = 3,42, sign < 0,05), (2) there is a positive and significant of work
interest to readiness of work student at Vocational High School 1 Sukoharjo (tcount = 2,01,
sign < 0,05), and (3) there is a positive and significant of industry work practice and
interest work of a simultaneously to readiness of work student at Vocational High School
1 Sukoharjo (Fcount = 17,93, sign < 0,05). The multiple linear regression equation is ? =
0,402 X1 + 0,172 X2 + 14,193. The relative contribution of industry work practice was
66% and the relative contribution of work interest was 34%. The effective contribution of
industry work practice was 19,9% an the effective contribution of work interest was
10,24%
