Antecedent Dan Concequents Kepuasan Pengunjung Museum Nasional Jakarta

Abstract

This study referred to previous study conducted by Rojas & Camarero (2008). Using  Antecedent and consequents of visitors satisfaction at Musium Nasional Jakarta as theme, this case study focused on various measurement variables effects such as perceived quality, pleasure, satisfaction and intensification towards visitors satisfaction at Musium Nasional Jakarta. This study was based on museum functions  not only as public space but also as educative, research and entertainment purposes. For this purpose,  museum was specially designed to fulfill all aspects on effective uses of its surrounding environment to increase significant level of visitors satisfaction by creating total visitors experience.  These referred to quality and emotional measurements of satisfactions level on tourism, culture, education and social interactions. Referring to the above aspects, success level of profit-oriented museum or cultural organizations could  be measured by how museums managers put effort to  increase level of visitors satisfaction by providing excellent quality services referring to visitors expectations. SEM analys method was used to measure and analyse level of validity and reliability on this study. The result of this study; Were there any positive influences of perceived quality, pleasure, satisfaction and intensification towards the level of visitors satisfaction at Musium Nasional Jakarta.
