Abstract

Communication strategies used by individuals or organizations to achieve the goal by doing personal communication  planning. Likewise the Constitutional Court to do the socializing institutions through the medium of television. The purpose of this research is to what communication  strategies used by the Constitutional  Court  to conduct  socialization  through  the medium  of television.  In this thesis research is a qualitative research approach to the nature of research deskfiptif,  using the theory of agenda setting. Researchers conducted research studies on the Constitutional  Court of the Republic of Indonesia. To find out how far the implementation  of communication  strategy undertaken  by the Constitutional Court, the researchers conducted the data collection methods with interviews and observation,   literature  study,  data  companies,  and  internet.  Implementation   of  communications strategy by the MOJ through MKtv more represented on the program shows that the overall content of the activities, the authority of the Constitutional  Court. The researchers made a conclusion on the Constitutional Court this communication strategy are the hallmarks of audio-visual television to make TV is one way of distributing without targeting a specific audience.
