Abstract

Pascapandemi COVID-19 tahun 2023 ini SMPIT Ummul Quro Depok menerapkan tatap muka
kembali secara offline dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah, yaitu tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan
saat di Sekolah dengan menggunakan masker, cuci tangan, dan jika sakit flu disarankan untuk
istirahat di rumah pada para guru dan tenaga kependidikan, serta siswa. Dampak pembelajaran online
saat pandemi COVID-19 ini mengakibatkan terjadi penurunan kebugaran dan kemampuan berpikir
kritis siswa. Untuk itu perlu ditingkatkan daya tahan tubuh siswa dengan peningkatan kebugaran
dengan gizi seimbang siswa dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Merujuk pada
permasalahan-permasalahan yang telah diidentifikasi, maka berdasarkan justifikasi pengusul
bersama dengan mitra, ditetapkan skala prioritas fokus pada peningkatan kebugaran dan
kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Solusi yang diajukan bertujuan untuk melakukan edukasi dan
pendampingan gerakan senam rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS), edukasi dan pendampingan gizi
seimbang kepada siswa, serta edukasi berpikir kritis yang meliputi pemahaman terhadap pentingnya
untuk mengontrol postur dan koreksi postur serta praktek untuk berpikir kritis dalam perubahan
pascapandemi COVID 19. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah edukasi, pelatihan,
pendampingan, dan praktek senam dan sarapan sehat. Kesimpulan: Siswa meningkat pengetahuan
tentang kesehatan, berpikir kritis, dan bugar dengan praktek senam rhythmic auditory stimulation

 

After the COVID-19 pandemic in 2023, SMPIT Ummul Quro Depok will implement offline
face-to-face learning again in school, namely continuing to apply health protocols at school
by using masks, washing hands, and if you are sick with the flu, teachers are advised to rest
at home and education staff, as well as students. The impact of online learning during the
COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a decline in students' fitness and critical thinking
abilities. For this reason, it is necessary to increase students' endurance by increasing fitness
with balanced nutrition for students and increasing students' critical thinking abilities.
Referring to the problems that have been identified, based on the justification of the proposer
together with partners, a priority scale has been determined to focus on increasing students'
fitness and critical thinking abilities. The proposed solution aims to provide education and
assistance with rhythmic auditory stimulation (RAS) gymnastics movements, education and
assistance with balanced nutrition for students, as well as critical thinking education which
includes understanding the importance of controlling posture and correcting posture as well
as practices for critical thinking in post-COVID pandemic changes. 19. The implementation
methods used are education, training, mentoring, and practicing exercise and a healthy
breakfast. Conclusion: Students increase their knowledge about health, critical thinking, and
fitness by practicing rhythmic auditory stimulation exercises
