Peningkatan Kemampuan Digitalisasi Guru Se-Kecamatan Jorlang Hataran Melalui Penguatan Literasi Teknologi Untuk Mendukung Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan
digitalisasi guru se-Kecamatan Jorlang Hataran Melalui Penguatan Literasi Teknologi untuk
Mendukung Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan disalah
satu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Jorlang Hataran yakni SD Negeri 091473 Plus Tiga Balata.
Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pelatihan dan penerapan teknologi sederhana
berupa administrasi digital untuk mempermudah administasi guru-guru di Kecamatan Jorlang
Hataran. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan tahapan yakni (1) sosialisasi literasi teknologi dan
Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, (2) pelatihan literasi teknologi administrasi digital serta (3)
pendampingan untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan digitalisasi guru dengan penerapan
administrasi digital. Mitra dalam Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah para guru
yang ada di Kecamatan Jorlang Hataran berjumlah 32 responden. Hasil dari evaluasi dan kuesioner
kepuasan yang diberikan adalah rata-rata 81% para guru di SD se-Kecamatan Jorlang Hataran
menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penguatan literasi teknologi sangat baik dan mendukung
Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar

Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) aims to increase the digitalization capabilities of teachers
throughout Jorlang Hataran District through Strengthening Technological Literacy to Support the
Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum. This PKM activity was carried out at one of the
elementary schools in Jorlang Hataran District, namely SD Negeri 091473 Plus Tiga Balata. This activity
was carried out in the form of socialization, training and the application of simple technology in the form of
digital administration to make administration easier for teachers in Jorlang Hataran District. The
implementation method is carried out in stages, namely (1) socialization of technological literacy and the
Independent Learning Curriculum, (2) digital administration technology literacy training and (3) mentoring
to see the increase in teachers' digitalization abilities by implementing digital administration. Partners in
Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) are 32 teachers in Jorlang Hataran District. The results of
the evaluation and satisfaction questionnaire given were that an average of 81% of teachers in elementary
schools in Jorlang Hataran District indicated that activities to strengthen technological literacy were very
good and supported the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum.
