Abstract

Kriteria Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dibagi bedasarkan pendapatan yang diperoleh.
Pemasaran digital dapat meningkatkan pendapatan suatu usaha melalui berbagai aplikasi salah satunya
adalah Shopee. Perekonomian desa Cikidangbayabang cukup berkembang, terbukti dengan banyaknya
industri kecil. UMKM desa Cikidangbayabang memiliki permasalahan pemasaran produk karena masih
dilakukan secara konvensional sedangkan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan teknologi marketplace masih
rendah. Program pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan pembuatan toko online dirasa diperlukan.
Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam melakukan pemasaran digital
melalui marketplace. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan program diperoleh peningkatan kemampuan dan
pemahaman para peserta pelatihan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari mekanisme evaluasi pre test dan post test
yang dilakukan dimana kesemua pertanyaan mengalami peningkatan persentase jawaban benar.

earned. Digital marketing can increase a business's income through various applications, one of which is
Shopee. The economy of Cikidangbayabang village is quite developed, as evidenced by the many small
industries. MSMEs in Cikidangbayabang village have product marketing problems because they are still
carried out conventionally while understanding the use of marketplace technology is still low. A community
service program in the form of training to create an online shop is deemed necessary. This training aims to
increase understanding and ability in conducting digital marketing through the marketplace. Based on the
results of program implementation, an increase in the abilities and understanding of the training participants
was obtained. This can be seen from the pre-test and post-test evaluation mechanisms that were carried out
where all questions experienced an increase in the percentage of correct answers.
