Optimasi Sanitasi Lingkungan Berbasis Kemitraan Triple Helix: Pengadaan Sarana Pengangkutan Sampah Melalui CSR PT Jasa Raharja di RW 002 Kelurahan Sawah Luhur

Abstract

Residential waste management in semi-urban areas frequently encounters operational bottlenecks due to the limited reach of municipal waste collection vehicles. This community service initiative aimed to resolve severe household waste accumulation in RW 002, Sawah Luhur Village, Kasemen District, Serang City. Diagnostic baseline revealed that the municipal waste collection truck operated only once weekly on Mondays, causing waste stagnations across RT 001 to RT 004 (serving 320 households). To solve this, KKM Group 4 students from Universitas Bina Bangsa facilitated a CSR proposal submission to PT Jasa Raharja Banten Branch, followed by a field verification survey on August 19, 2026. On Friday, August 28, 2026, an educational workshop and official handover ceremony took place at the Sawah Luhur Village Hall, featuring presentations on traffic safety protection by PT Jasa Raharja and household waste management by Bank Sampah Unyur. The intervention successfully delivered 4 units of heavy-duty iron garbage carts to RW 002 administrators and Karang Taruna youth members. This study emphasizes the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration (Triple Helix) and localized waste management education to sustain urban environmental sanitation.
