Abstract

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan
Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Perum BULOG. Populasi yang
digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 76 Pegawai Kantor Pusat Perum BULOG dengan
menggunakan sample jenuh maka seluruh populasi sebanyak 76 responden dijadikan sample. Data
penelitian di analisis dengan program SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
pengaruh langsung (1) Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja
Pegawai dengan t-statistik 0.106 dan p-values 0.009 (2) Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh
dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-statistik 0.021 dan p-values 0.260 (3)
Variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-
statistik 0.254 dan p-values 0.004.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment,
and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Central Office of Perum BULOG. The
population used in this study were 76 employees of the Central Bureau of Logistics Bureau using a
saturated sample, so the entire population of 76 respondents was used as a sample. The research
data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 program. The results of this study indicate that the
direct effect of (1) Work Discipline Variables has an effect and is significant on Employee
Performance with t-statistics 0.106 and p-values 0.009 (2) Work Environment Variables have an
effect and are not significant on Performance Employees with t-statistic values of 0.021 and p-
values of 0.260 (3) Work Motivation Variables have an effect and significant effect on Employee
Performance with t-statistic values of 0.254 and p-values of 0.004.
