Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia Direktorat Finance, Risk, and Human Capital Management
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik,
dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia Direktorat Finance,
Risk, and Human Capital Management. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, yang dimana
data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS
versi 3. Dari total populasi sebanyak 39 karyawan, ditentukan sampel sebanyak jumlah populasi atau
menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 39 responden. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel Work
Life Balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value 0,018 < 0,05
dan t-statistik 2,109 > 1,96). Sementara itu, Lingkungan Kerja Non FIsik berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value 0,018 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,872 > 1,96), begitu pula
dengan Kepuasan Kerja yang juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
(p-value 0,036 < 0,05 dan t-statistik 1,801 > 1,96).
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Life Balance, Non Physical Work Environment, and Job
Satisfaction on Employee Performance of PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia Directorate Finance, Risk,
and Human Capital Management. This research uses a descriptive method, in which data is collected
through the distribution of questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software version 3.
From a total population of 39 employees, a sample of as many as the total population or using a
saturated sample of 39 respondents was determined. The T test results show that the Work Life Balance
variabel has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p-value 0.018 < 0.05 and tstatistic
2.109 > 1.96). Meanwhile, the Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance (p-value 0.018 < 0.05 and t-statistic 1.872 > 1.96), as well as Job
Satisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p-value 0.036 <
0.05 and t-statistic 1.801 > 1.96).
