The method used is comparative descriptive study. In the method of<br>data collection using survey techniques, interviews and questionnaires. In the<br>statistical analysis the authors using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social<br>Sciences) version 21.0. The results of data processing performed using SPSS 21.0<br>for windows prgoram, then obtained with a coefficient of r = 0,716 determinant of<br>51,2% and the balance of 48,8%, and ®obtained F count &gt; F table or 21,227 &gt;<br>2,755 Ho rejected. The sample in this study<br>were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta Raya. The number of samples is 32<br>people. This study uses quantitative methods with probability sampling (random sample)<br>techniques, and data analysis tools using the SPSS version 2.0 program.<br>The results of testing hypotheses show: 1) the existence of a low relationship between<br>leadership styles on employee performance. 2) the existence of a moderate relationship from<br>work motivation to employee performance. 3) there is a strong relationship from incentives to<br>employee performance.</p> J.Supranto Copyright (c) 2024-03-01 2024-03-01 10 1 10 18 Cara Pengelolaan Persediaan Bahan Baku dengan Menggunakan Metode Economic Order Quantity https://journals.upi-yai.ac.id/index.php/Jurnalmanajemen/article/view/3554 <p>Inventory is an expensive asset in a company. On the one hand, company<br>management requires that the costs embedded in inventory are minimum, but on the<br>other hand management must also keep supplies out and disrupt the ongoing<br>production process.<br>This study aims to determine the number or quantity of economic orders (EOQ),<br>the total cost of raw material inventory, safety supplies, and the point of re-ordering<br>on the CV. Major Works. The data studied is in the form of data on raw material<br>requirements, and the costs incurred in ordering and storing in 2016 and 2017.<br>The results of the analysis obtained an optimal inventory of paper raw materials<br>in 2016 using the EOQ method of 494 Rim with a purchase frequency of 5 times, TIC<br>of Rp.2,869,379, safety stock of 34 Rim and ROP carried out at the time the raw<br>material is 52 Rim. The optimal inventory of paper raw materials in 2017 with the<br>EOQ method is 521 Rim with a purchase frequency of 5 times, TIC of Rp.3,080,014,<br>safety stock of 40 Rim, and ROP is carried out when the raw material is in the<br>warehouse of 60 Rim.<br>The conclusion of this study is the calculation of the calculation using EOQ<br>method on raw materials in 2016 and 2017 is more efficient than the company policy.<br>This can be seen from the results of a more efficient TIC comparison using the EOQ<br>method so as to save costs.</p> maya syafriana Effendi Copyright (c) 2024-03-01 2024-03-01 10 1 19 25 Peranan Lokasi , Harga Dan Citra Merek Erhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Toko Es Tube Hokita Di Jakarta Barat https://journals.upi-yai.ac.id/index.php/Jurnalmanajemen/article/view/3555 <p>The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of location, price,<br>and brand image of customer satisfaction level of the ice tube hokita in west<br>jakarta. The results of data processing performed using SPSS 21.0<br>for windows prgoram, then obtained with a coefficient of r = 0,908 determinant of<br>82,4%and the balance of 17,6%, for the value of the regression obtained𝑌 ̂ =<br>4,936 + 0,229𝑋1 + 0,200𝑋2 + 0,875𝑋3 and obtained F count &gt; F table or<br>21,227 &gt; 2,755 Ho rejected. Dalam metode pengumpulan data<br>menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang<br>diperoleh dari PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk sendiri yang dipublikasi dan dapat diakses oleh publik<br>yaitu Laporan Keuangan tahun 2013-2017 berupa Laporan Posisi Keuangan dan Laporan Laba Rugi<br>Komprehensif.<br>Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Dari sisi likuiditas PT<br>Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk selama lima tahun terakhir dalam keadaan likuid, hal ini berarti PT<br>Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk mampu memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya tepat pada waktunya, 2).<br>Dari sisi solvabilitas, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk dalam kondisi solvabel, hal ini berarti<br>perusahaan mampu melunasi hutang jangka pendek maupun jangka panjangnya jika perusahaan<br>dibubarkan atau dilikuidasi 3). Sedangkan dari sisi profitabilitas, selama lima tahun terakhir laba yang<br>diperoleh PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk terus mengalami peningkatan, ini menandakan perusahaan<br>cukup profitabel.</p> Rufial Copyright (c) 2024-03-01 2024-03-01 10 1 45 55
