Abstract

ABSTRAK
Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Mengajar (MBKM) terbagi menjadi dua yaitu melalui sistem seleksi dari website resmi Kampus Merdeka dan ada juga yang mengikuti secara mandiri dari universitasnya. Namun, apa yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa yang mengikuti program ini tetap sama tidak ada perbedaannya. Untuk program studi pendidikan biasanya mahasiswa mengikuti salah satu programnya yaitu Kampus Mengajar. Dalam program Kampus Mengajar ini, mahasiswa terjun langsung ke salah satu sekolah yang dituju bisa dari SD hingga SMA/K. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, peneliti akan mendeskripsikan selama mengikuti program kampus mengajar di SDN Duri Kepa 17 pagi selama 6 bulan. Di sekolah tersebut ada 11 rombel kelas dengan jumlah ruang kelas sebanyak 10, lalu terdapat 20 pegawai sudah termasuk, kepala sekolah, staff sekolah, dan juga guru.Dalam kegiatan program kampus mengajar mandiri dilaksanakan selama 16 minggu di sekolah. Setiap minggunya kegiatan mahasiswa berbeda-beda, ada waktu untuk mengajar, mengerjakan program kerja, membantu guru mengisi raport, memberikan nilai saat pelajaran kuliner Betawi, dan juga melatih ekskul.

ABSTRACT
The Independent Learning Campus Teaching Program (MBKM) is divided into two, namely through a selection system from the official Independent Campus website and there are also those who participate independently from their university. However, there is no difference in what students who take part in this program do. For education study programs, students usually take part in one of the programs, namely the Teaching Campus. In this Teaching
Campus program, students go directly to one of the target schools, from elementary to high
school/K. In this research, using a qualitative descriptive approach, the researcher will
describe while participating in the campus teaching program at SDN Duri Kepa 17 am for
6 months. At the school there are 11 class groups with a total of 10 classrooms, and there
are 20 employees including the principal, school staff and teachers. In the independent
teaching campus program activities are carried out for 16 weeks at the school. Every week
student activities are different, there is time to teach, work on work programs, help teachers
fill out report cards, give grades during Betawi culinary lessons, and also train
extracurricular activities.
