PERANCANGAN DATA TENANT RELATION BERBASIS WEB PADA MENARA SATU SENTRA KELAPA GADING

Abstract

Web-based applications are the result of the development of science and technology,
especially in the field of information technology that utilizes internet media. Currently webbased
applications are used in various fields. One of its uses is in the process of submitting
correspondence made by tenants at the Kelapa Gading One Sentra Tower. Menara Satu
Sentra Kelapa Gading is a company in the field of real estate building management that rents
out large and small office spaces and several spaces for food and beverage. in its service and
management of tenant data, it still uses a manual system. To achieve an optimal level of
accurate and systematic data management, a computerized information system is needed,
namely web- based tenant data which includes the process of Fitout Renovation, entry and exit
of goods, engineering assistance etc. PHP is a programming language that can be used to
build web-based applications, with this technology providing programming concepts with
libraries and modules that make it easier for developers to build an application. With the
creation of a web-based application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for users to conduct
licensing for correspondence by tenant relations.
