Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan Untuk Pemilihan Teknisi Terbaik Pada PT Ganchang Net Menggunakan AHP dan ELECTRE

Abstract

Technicians play an important role in the successful operation of a company, including at PT Ganchang Net,
a company engaged in information technology services. However, the process of selecting the best technician
in this company is still done manually and subjectively, which often leads to dissatisfaction and potential
errors in decision making. To overcome this problem, this research aims to design and develop a web-based
decision support system by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and ELECTRE methods. The
AHP method is used to determine the weight of each technician assessment criteria, such as attendance,
discipline, cooperation, expertise, work results, and communication. Meanwhile, the ELECTRE method is
used to rank technicians based on the weight of these criteria. By utilizing technology, this system is expected
to increase objectivity and efficiency in the process of selecting the best technicians. This research produces
a web-based decision support system that successfully helps PT Ganchang Net in determining the best
technician objectively and efficiently. This system uses the AHP method to determine the weight of assessment
criteria, such as attendance, discipline, cooperation, expertise, work results, and communication, and the
ELECTRE method for the technician ranking process. The implementation results show that the system is
able to provide accurate calculations, reduce subjectivity, and speed up the assessment process. Thus, the
system supports better human resource management and improves the company's service quality to
customers
