Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Pengiriman Barang Berbasis Android dan Website Pada PT Sinergi Lintas Global

Abstract

The shipment monitoring system at PT. Sinergi Lintas Global was previously managed manually
through the WhatsApp application, which often caused delays and inaccuracies in information. To
address this issue, an Android and website-based system was developed to improve efficiency and
transparency in shipment management. This application enables administrators and couriers to
monitor shipment status in real-time, access shipment history, and evaluate courier performance,
thus enabling more effective and structured operations. The Flutter framework was used for
Android application development, while the backend of the application is managed with Laravel,
which serves as the admin website. Data collection, prototype design, and system evaluation were
conducted using the prototype development method. The results of this research indicate that this
application helps minimize manual reporting errors, accelerates the shipping process, and
enhances coordination between couriers and administrators.
