Abstract

Climate change is a global challenge that requires innovative solutions to reduce its impact on
ecosystems and human life. Green technology is a major approach in climate change mitigation,
with a focus on increasing energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and utilizing natural
resources responsibly. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the application
of green technology in various sectors, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and waste
management. The results show that green technology has contributed to reducing carbon
emissions, increasing energy efficiency, and supporting sustainable development. However, its
implementation still faces challenges such as large initial funds, lack of infrastructure, and
resistance from established factories. With the support of appropriate policies and investment in
research, green technology has great potential to develop in the future. In conclusion, green
technology is an important solution in dealing with climate change and creating a clean and
sustainable environment.
