ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN TASK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS: PT. EXPERTINDO MULIASISTEMA)

Abstract

Along with the advancement of technology today, almost all companies need a computer
system in terms of decision making, collection, research and distribution of information or
documents, to facilitate work and improve company services. A good way to manage work
and documents is to use a work management system (TMS). The purpose of this study is to
produce a system that can be used by employees as a tool to divide tasks for employees in
order to organize the work management process so that they can focus on important points
in their tasks. influence the process of carrying out their tasks. The data collection method
uses literature studies, interviews and observations with the system development method
using Rapid Application Development (RAD). The system model uses the Unified Modeling
Language (UML). The results of this study are in the form of a system design that can help
employees manage tasks, including the implementation of the planning process, employee
assignments, task implementation, monitoring work, task reporting so that errors do not
occur. differences in understanding between employees that will affect the process of
carrying out their tasks.
