Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan kedai kopi berbasis web
Abstract
Coffee shops are currently increasingly popular in the culinary world, especially among
millennials. However, manual management still poses many challenges, including data recording
errors, limited access to information, and process inefficiencies. The aim of this research is to
develop a web-based sales information system that increases the efficiency of the coffee shop
business. The system was developed using a waterfall approach and includes features such as
inventory management, online ordering, and real-time sales reporting. The study found that the
system can better integrate various operational processes, reduce the risk of data loss, and provide
a more optimal user experience. The use of information technology makes coffee shops more
modern and competitive.
