Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Dengan Fitur Lelang Pada Toko LBB Shop

Abstract

The development of technology has had a significant impact on various activities, including business
activities. Online sales or e-commerce are becoming increasingly popular due to the various benefits
and conveniences they provide for both organizations and consumers. In addition to the use of ecommerce,
organizations can also implement auction sales mechanisms, which are different and more
competitive compared to regular sales mechanisms. LBB Shop is a store that sells preloved products
such as accessories, clothing, shoes, and more. The LBB Shop, which has not yet adopted e-commerce
and auction sales mechanisms, faces issues such as reaching customers, sales reporting, and difficulties
in selling high-value branded products. In this community service project, the development of a sales
information system with auction features was carried out with the aim of helping LBB Shop overcome
these issues. The result of this community service project is a sales information system with auction
features that can help LBB Shop sell and auction products online, simplify product management and
sales report generation, expand customer reach, and make it easier to access product information and
shopping activities. The system has been tested using the black-box method and has functioned
according to the established functionalities.
