Hubungan Antara Konsep Diri dan Dukungan Sosial Dengan Kematangan Karir Pada Mahasiswa Yang Mengikuti Kegiatan Volunteer di Komunitas Investor Anak Muda
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social support with career maturity in students
who participate in activities volunteering in the Young Investors Community. The population in this study amounted
to 150 students. The Technique sampling used in this study is convenience sampling with a total sample of 108
students. The data collection technique uses three scales, namely the career maturity scale, self-concept, and social
support. The results of the first bivariate correlation analysis between self-concept and career maturity obtained a
correlation coefficient (r) of 0.529 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha1 which reads "There is a relationship between selfconcept
and career maturity in students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young Investors Community" is
accepted. The results of the second bivariate correlation between social support and career maturity obtained a
correlation (r) of 0.467 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha2 which reads "There is a relationship between social support
and career maturity for students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young Investors Community" is accepted.
The results of data analysis multivariate correlation between self-concept and social support with career maturity
obtained (R) of 0.564 with p = 0.000 <0.05. So Ha3 which reads "There is a relationship between self-concept and
social support with career maturity in students who take part in volunteer activities in the Young Investors
Community" is accepted.
