Organized Crime Dalam Aksi Premanisme Pada Prostitusi di Wilayah Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

Organized Crime acts of thuggery at places of prostitution that occurred in the South Tangerang area is a
modern concept for thugs who extort extortion. Thugs can be found in prostitution places, thugs often extort
and threaten and use violence so that users of commercial sex worker services want to give money to these
thugs. The purpose of this study is to know and see comprehensively the Phenomenon of Organized Crime
in the Acts of Thuggishness at Prostitution Places in the South Tangerang area. The research approach
used in this study is a qualitative approach. The type of research that the authors use in this study is
descriptive as well as data obtained in the field which provides information about the phenomenon of
Organized Crime acts of thuggery at the place of prostitution. The results of the research are based on the
theory of Organized Crime to find the phenomenon of prostitution and thuggery, the history of the formation
of thuggery, patterns of interaction between thugs and commercial sex workers, and also the involvement of
external parties as supporters of thuggery in prostitution activities in the South Tangerang area.
