KONTROL DIRI DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TEMAN SEBAYA DENGAN KEPATUHAN SANTRI DALAMMELAKSANAKAN TATA TERTIB
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship of self-control and social support of
peers with the approval of students in implementing orderly at Sirnarasa Islamic
Boarding School, Ciamis-West Java. Research using quantitative methods, sampling
techniques using random sampling with a sample of 92 students. Retrieval of data
using a Likert scale consisting of meeting scale, self-control scale, and peer socialsupport scale, data analysis using bivariate correlation and multivariate correlation
with the help of the SPSS 24.00 for windows program. The results of bivariate
correlation analysis showed that there was a significant relationship with positive
direction between self-control and agreement where rxy1 coverage coefficient was
0.436 and p <0.05 and also a significant relationship with positive direction of social
rxy2 amounted to 0.433 and p <0.05 . Furthermore, the hypothesis testing of
multivariate correlation techniques shows that there is a significant relationship with
a positive direction between self-control and social support of peers with support of
0.515 and p <0.05. Effective contribution between self control and peer social
support with approval of 26.5% while 73.5% is contributed by other factors not
examined
