APLIKASI MOBILE KEUANGAN MASJID BERBASIS FLUTTER DAN PEMINDAIAN TIKET KURBAN MENGGUNAKAN QR CODE (Study Kasus : Masjid Al-Bashir Kota Bengkulu)

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a Flutter-based mobile application to support the digital financial management of mosques. To date, most Mosque Prosperity Boards (Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid/DKM) still rely on manual record-keeping, which is prone to errors, slow in reporting, and lacks transparency toward worshippers. The presence of a digital solution is expected to improve the accountability, efficiency, and transparency of mosque financial management. The developed application has two main features. First, financial reporting in PDF format, which allows administrators to systematically record income and expenses and generate formal reports that are easy to download and share. Second, a QR Code-based qurban ticket scanning feature designed to simplify participant data recording and verification, prevent duplication, and automatically store data. The research methodology employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach, consisting of needs analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and local database design using SQLite. The implementation was carried out using Flutter, while system testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to ensure that all functions operate according to requirements. The results of this research produced an application prototype that can be implemented to improve operational efficiency, accelerate reporting, and strengthen worshippers' trust through a system that is more transparent, modern, and capable of functioning offline.
