Abstract

At the Abubakar Lutfi Dental Practice, the recording of medical procedures is still conducted manually using registration books and paper-based archives. This process may lead to difficulties in retrieving patient data, risks of document loss or damage, and challenges in preparing medical procedure reports. Therefore, an information system is needed to support computerized data recording and management. This study aims to design and develop a Website-Based Medical Procedure Recording Information System at the Abubakar Lutfi Dental Practice to facilitate patient data management, medical procedure history recording, and report generation. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this study is a website-based information system that provides features for patient data management, medical procedure recording, service history retrieval, and report generation. The system is expected to help organize medical procedure records more systematically and improve the efficiency of data management and report preparation at the Abubakar Lutfi Dental Practice.
