Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve production and marketing efficiency at the Bima
Tempe Industrial Center in Palembang through information technology-based business digitization.
Partners face major challenges in the form of manual production processes, the absence of a financial
recording system, and product marketing that does not utilize digital media. The solution offered is the
development and implementation of a website-based BimaTempe application to assist with production
recording, raw material inventory management, sales transactions, and financial reporting. In addition,
digital marketing strategy training was conducted through the creation of business Instagram and
WhatsApp Business accounts to increase customer reach. The activity was carried out using socialization,
training, technical assistance, and evaluation methods based on the CIPP (Context, Input, Process,
Product) model. The results of the activity showed an increase in efficiency, including a 27.7% decrease
in production work time, a decrease in raw material stock deviation to 2.1%, and the automation of
financial recording by partners. On the marketing side, the number of new customers increased by 20%,
and partners began actively using social media in product promotion. The overall process demonstrated that a simple, applicable, and participatory digital approach can significantly improve the management
capacity of small businesses. These findings confirm that digitalization is an effective strategy to increase
the competitiveness and sustainability of micro-enterprises, especially in the community-based local food
sector.
