Pelatihan Keterampilan Pembuatan Pola Outerwear di SMP/SMK Islam Madinatul Ilmi

Abstrak

ABSTRAK
Pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan pola outerwear bertujuan untuk memperluas wawasan dan menambah keterampilan dalam berkreatifitas bagi siswi SMP/SMK Islam Madinatul Ilmi di Kecamatan Muara Gembong Kabupaten Bekasi. Kegiatan ini merupakan program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Busana UNJ dengan cakupan materi pengetahuan macam-macam ukuran yang dibutuhkan, cara mengambil ukuran, merubah pola dasar sesuai desain outerwear, dan menggunting pola sesuai desain. Peserta pelatihan pada kegiatan ini sebanyak 15 siswi yang dilaksanakan di SMP/SMK Islam Madinatul
Ilmi. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, dan eksperimen. Implementasi kegiatan di lakukan secara bertahap, yaitu pengetahuan mengenai busana outer dan cara pembuatan pola outerwear sesuai desain. Pada akhir kegiatan, peserta memberikan umpan balik mengenai kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan sebagai bahan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan diperoleh pola outerwear bagi masing-masing siswa dan meningkatnya wawasan dan keterampilan siswa dalam membuat pola outerwear sesuai desain sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan potensi diri dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

 

ABSTRACT
The training of outerwear pattern making skills aims to broaden the horizons and increase the skills in creativity for female students of SMP/SMK Islam Madinatul Ilmi in Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. This activity is a Community Service program carried out by lecturers of the UNJ Fashion Design Education Study Program with a scope of knowledge material on the various sizes needed, how to take measurements, change basic patterns according to outerwear designs, and cut patterns according to designs. The training participants in this activity were 15 female students who were held at SMP/SMK Islam Madinatul Ilmi. The activity methods used were
lectures, demonstrations, and experiments. The implementation of activities was carried out in stages, namely knowledge about outer clothing and how to make outerwear patterns according to designs. At the end of the activity, participants provided feedback on the activities that had been carried out as evaluation material. The results of the training were obtained outerwear patterns for each student and increased student insight and skills in making outerwear patterns according to designs so that students could develop their potential in community life.
