Penguatan Ketahanan Keluarga Melalui Literasi Digital dan Inovasi Usaha Anggota PEKKA (Perempuan Kepala Keluarga) Kelurahan Baktijaya, Depok
Abstrak
The advancement of digital technology has transformed patterns of economic
activity within the community. Various digital marketing platforms, social media
channels, and online marketplaces offer micro-entrepreneurs expanded opportunities to
market their products and reach consumers beyond geographical boundaries. However,
not all women possess the necessary skills to capitalize on these opportunities. Many
female entrepreneurs—particularly women who are heads of households (PEKKA)—still
face limitations regarding business management, business planning, financial recordkeeping,
and the use of digital technology for business growth. These conditions highlight
the need for empowerment initiatives that focus not only on enhancing technical skills but
also on strengthening managerial capacity and fostering women's economic independence. A Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity, conducted in
collaboration with various private higher education institutions, took place on May 21,
2026, at Jalan Cimandiri Raya No. 1A, Baktijaya Urban Village, Sukmajaya District,
Depok City, West Java. Post-test results and activity outcomes indicate that 80%
participants improved their understanding of fundamental business management concepts,
financial management, business planning, and digital marketing strategies. Participants
also gained insights into the importance of separating business and household finances,
identifying potential business opportunities, and formulating structured, sustainable steps
for business development.
