Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Kedai Kopi Restorasi Kingdom Di Kota Bandung
Abstract
This study aims to formulate and determine the priority of business development strategies for Kedai Kopi Restorasi Kingdom in Bandung City. The research method used is descriptive with both qualitative and quantitative approaches through the analysis of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), IFE, EFE, SWOT, and QSPM. The results show that the company has relatively strong internal conditions with an IFE score of 2.86 and a good ability to respond to external environments with an EFE score of 3.02, placing it in the Grow and Build position. The resulting alternative strategies include strengthening digital marketing, increasing brand awareness, and product development. Based on the QSPM analysis, the priority strategy is strengthening digital marketing through social media with a TAS value of 6.85. This strategy is expected to enhance competitiveness and expand the company’s market reach.
