PENGARUH SOFT SKILL DAN EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA MAHASISWA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of soft skills and self-efficacy on students’ work readiness. The study employs a quantitative approach, with primary data collected through a questionnaire. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23, employing validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and R-squared tests. The results indicate that soft skills and self-efficacy influence students’ interest in students’ work readiness.
