Pemanfaatan Data Warehouse dalam Mengatasi Tantangan Pengelolaan Informasi di Manajemen Klinik
Abstract
This research focuses on developing a data warehouse system to enhance the efficiency
and effectiveness of data management in clinics registered with the Clinic Management
Information System (SIM Klinik) managed by assist.id. Conducted over the past two
months, this research aims to integrate and analyze medical, administrative, and
operational data. The methods employed include the application of data warehouse
technology, big data, and data lakehouse to manage data more effectively. The results
show that the assist application has been used in 6,056 healthcare facilities with a total of
2,305,504 invoices, generating revenue of IDR 292,892,100,000. The most frequently
used services are doctor consultations, 2D ultrasounds, and orthodontic controls, while
the most commonly prescribed medications are paracetamol, omeprazole, and ambroxol.
Analysis indicates that healthcare facilities have experienced significant monthly
increases, reflecting the success of the acquisition and sales teams at assist. This research
contributes significantly to improving the quality of healthcare services through better
data management and opens up opportunities for collaboration between clinics and
external parties.
