Abstract

Student Council is a student organization located in the school environment that functions
as a forum for student empowerment. In carrying out this function, the student council has
an activity plan called work programs (proker). The implementation of work programs has
stages ranging from planning, making proposals, implementing, and making an
Accountability Report (LPJ). As for managing work programs that are still manual, there
are often problems such as lost or damaged filings, student council administrators who
forget their work progress, placement of intersecting schedules, storage and search for
information on previous work programs that are lacking, and limited places to store files.
One of the schools with manual work programs management is SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas.
Therefore, in today's digital era, a Student Council Work Programs Management
Information System (SIMPROKERSIS) can be a solution. In its manufacture, the SDLC
method of the waterfall model is used which consists of needs analysis, system design,
coding, testing, and maintenance. As a result, the Student Council Work Programs
Management Information System will become a forum for the student council to store the
needs of work programs and monitor the progress of its work programs
