Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Berbasis Web Untuk Jasa Percetakan (Studi Kasus : CV Zahra Printing)

Abstrak

CV Zahra Printing is a business established in the field of design and printing services. CV Zahra
Printing was established in 2018 and is currently located in a shophouse where the transaction
process only occurs in the shop. This causes the printing company to experience problems in
marketing the products they sell. In overcoming business competition in the current technological
era, researchers want to innovate by changing transactions online or digitally. This research was
conducted by designing a website-based e-commerce application. So that business actors can
expand transaction relationships by ordering both design and printing services online. The Laravel
framework and MySQL database are used to build this application. The research methodology was
carried out using a qualitative approach, namely through literature studies, interviews, and
observations. System requirements analysis, system design, system development, and system testing
are the four stages of system development using the Waterfall method. The results of the study are
website-based e-commerce applications, applications that can make it easier for business actors to
carry out transactions and marketing.
