Ekspresi Wajah ke Emoji: Inovasi Deteksi Emosi Real-Time Dengan Machine Learning dan OpenCV untuk Memantau Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstrak

This research proposes an innovation in real-time facial expression to emoji detection using
machine learning and OpenCV. The primary objective is to effectively monitor customer
satisfaction in a frozen food store. The proposed method combines facial image processing
using deep learning algorithms to detect emotions from customer facial expressions. The
dataset used consists of a large number of facial image samples with corresponding emotion
labels. Implementation leverages OpenCV for facial feature extraction and TensorFlow for
training the artificial neural network model. Experimental results demonstrate that the system
can detect and classify emotions with adequate accuracy, enabling store owners to respond
to customer satisfaction in real-time
