Sistem Informasi Surat Menyurat Kelurahan Nanga Bulik Berbasis Web

Abstrak

The web-based correspondence information system at Nanga Bulik Village Office is designed to
enhance the efficiency of correspondence administration, which was previously done manually.
This system enables village office staff to manage and print letters automatically based on the
inputted data. Using the SDLC Waterfall model development method, the system is built with PHP
programming language and MySQL database, leveraging the CodeIgniter framework.
Implementation results show that the system simplifies the management of outgoing letters,
improves data accuracy, and reduces the time required for administrative processes. The system
is designed for use by administrative staff and the village head, featuring functions such as letter
data management, outgoing letter archiving, and employee data management
