IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PEMESANAN TIKET WISATA PULAU SERIBU DAN TRIP FISHING BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN MIDTRANS PADA KM SUMBER REZEKI JAKARTA

Abstrak

Thousand Islands serves as the administrative and governmental center of the Kepulauan Seribu Administrative
Regency, offering not only the beauty of its underwater tourism but also various attractive destinations, including
trip fishing. Trip fishing in Thousand Islands requires a boat and the selection of a safe fishing location, which
necessitates tourists to first obtain boat tickets. KM Sumber Rezeki Jakarta is a transportation company that
provides tickets for tours to the Thousand Islands and trip fishing. However, to date, KM Sumber Rezeki Jakarta
has not developed an online ticket booking website to support its business activities digitally. This research aims
to design and develop an online ticket booking website for tourism and trip fishing, integrating Midtrans as a
payment method to facilitate customer transactions. The development process was conducted using a qualitative
approach and a system development methodology based on the waterfall model, utilizing the Laravel framework.
Testing was performed through Black-Box Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT), which demonstrated that the
website successfully supports business processes and provides a positive user experience. The result of this
research is the creation of a ticket booking website for tourism and trip fishing, equipped with key features such
as sign-up, login, home/dashboard, tour packages & fishing trips (transactions), payment, transaction list, and
about us. This website has proven to enhance the efficiency of KM Sumber Rezeki Jakarta's business processes
while also expanding its customer reach, including those outside Java Island.
