Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Layanan Kesehatan Hewan Menggunakan Design Thinking dan Model Agile Berbasis Web
Abstrak
The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in various sectors,
including animal health services. However, many veterinary clinics still face challenges in
providing efficient services, both for animal owners and medical personnel. Therefore, this
research aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a web-based animal
health service application using the Design Thinking approach and the Agile Model. The Design
Thinking approach is used to understand user needs through the stages of empathy, problem
definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Meanwhile, the Agile Model was applied to ensure
an adaptive and iterative development process to improve design quality based on user feedback.
This method allows developers to design applications that are more responsive to user needs, both
in terms of features, navigation, and interface appearance. The results show that the developed UI/UX design can improve user experience in accessing online animal health services. Users,
including animal owners and medical personnel, can easily make reservations, online
consultations, record medical history, and get real-time animal health information. The usability
testing of this application design was conducted through metrics such as efficiency, effectiveness,
and user satisfaction. The conclusion of this research is that the combination of Design Thinking
and Agile Model in designing UI/UX of web-based animal health service application can improve
service quality and provide better user experience. Thus, this approach can be adopted more widely
in the development of digital-based healthcare systems
