Sistem Informasi Simpan Pinjam Berbasis Web dengan Penilaian Kelayakan Anggota Menggunakan Metode SAW

Abstrak

KSP Credit Union Hatirongga Nahobas Pematang Siantar faces challenges in managing savings and loan data and assessing member eligibility. Loan eligibility assessments currently rely on the judgment of management because records regarding members, savings, and loans are maintained manually, resulting in time-consuming data retrieval and report generation. This study aims to develop a web-based savings and loan information system featuring a member eligibility assessment function utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Data collection involved observation, interviews, documentation review, and literature study, while system development followed the Waterfall model. The system was built using Laravel and MySQL. The assessment employs five criteria—income, length of membership, savings balance, loan history, and number of dependents—with respective weights of 0.30, 0.25, 0.20, 0.15, and 0.10. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Black Box testing involving 48 scenarios yielded the expected results. SUS testing with 30 participants produced an average score of 77.67, placing the system in Category B (Acceptable), with a "Good" adjective rating and an NPS "Passive" classification. The study results indicate that the system facilitates the management of savings and loan information and enables a more organized process for assessing member eligibility.
