Kecemasan Dalam Menghadapi Dunia Kerja Ditinjau Dari Self Efficacy Dan Jenis Kelamin Pada Mahasiswa Semester Akhir Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI

Abstract

The aims of this study are to determine relationship between self-concept and anxiety to face work world
at the end level students of Persada Indonesia YA UniversityI. The sample in this study amount to 107
students consisting 40 students male and 67 students female. Samples were taken by using a convinience
sampling technique. Data collection using two Scale Psychology, the Self Efficacy Scale (21-item valid, ?
= 0.950) and the Anxiety Scale to Face Work World (28 item valid, ? = 0.928). The data were obtained
based on the simple linear regression analysis showed that -0.689 was a coefficient correlation with p =
0.000 (p <0.05). Based on the results of this study, there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy
and anxiety in dealing with the world of work in final year students at Persada Indonesia Y.A.I University
