Abstract

The reengineering of the Department of Midwifery's business processes was carried
out to suit the LAM-PTKes which issued a new instrument of Study Program
Accreditation (referred to as the IAPS 9 criteria) which came into effect January 1, 2020.
The purpose of this research is to produce a business process of the Department of
Midwifery of the Indonesia Maju School of Health Science (STIKIM) that is in
accordance with IAPS 9 criteria. The research method used was qualitative research
using a case study in the STIKIM Midwifery Department. Data analysis using the Miles
and Huberman models. This research lasted for three months with 5 (five) informants.
The results obtained by the existence of three major processes in the business process at
the STIKIM Midwifery Department, namely the management process, the main process,
and supporting processes in order to produce graduates who are in accordance with the
Learning Outcome Program (PLO) of the STIKIM Midwifery Department. Suggestions
from the results of this study are so that the main performance indicators are expanded
not to stop at customer satisfaction and quality management results but it is also
necessary to carry out a systematic tracer study.
