Abstract

In carrying out organizational activities, communication is one of the vital things in
determining how the organization runs. Communication is very important to pay attention
to and improve as a result of organizational achievements in order to be effective, efficient,
and productive. The assessment can use a Communication Audit which is useful for the
continuity and effectiveness of communication within an organization or institution to
achieve maximum goals. The communication audit at the Bureau of Organization and
Reformation Bureaucracy of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretariat uses data collection
techniques through a questionnaire that refers to the standards of The International
Communication Association (ICA), using a descriptive method to analyze questionnaire
data with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to measure employee
satisfaction to authorized leadership. The variables that we use in the implementation of
the communication audit at the Bureau ORB is 8 dimensions, there are: information
received, information sent, information follow-up, information sources, information
channels, timeliness of information, organizational relationships, satisfaction with
organizational outcomes
