Abstract

The library is to be able to meet the information needs in the form of print media in the form of books that can be accessed
byeveryone.
In this sophisticated era, doing work manually might be arguably less update. Because the era of globalization this time the
design of information systems with computerization has mushroomed in the world.
In the Tri Mitra Karya Mandiri Polytechnic Library, data storage of students who borrow or return books is still manual, the
weakness of Human Resources can be a factor in the neglect of employees regarding the importance of archives.
But basically a good relationship between library users with a good attitude of officers will make a pleasant library space
Then the solution given to be able to manage the archives properly, the authors chose Mrs. Access to design a database with
Access-based filing system stages. It is hoped that this information system can provide ease in managing book circulation,
book maintenance and member data. So the reports needed will take place quickly.
And this solution is given to improve the services and performance of library staff in terms of managing library
administration data and accelerating borrowing and returning books from Tri Mitra Karya Mandiri Polytechnic students.
