PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI BIMBINGAN KONSELING BERBASIS WEB PADA SMK ANWARUSSHOLICHIN

Abstrak

Guidance and counseling services are an important component in supporting students’ development and character building. However, the management of guidance and counseling data at SMK Anwarussholichin is still conducted manually, particularly in recording student data, student violations, counseling results, and report preparation. This condition makes data management and retrieval less structured. This study aims to design a web-based guidance and counseling information system to support the management of student data and counseling services, as well as to provide features for reporting student violations and documenting counseling results. The study employed a system development approach using the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented as a web-based application with an integrated database. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method involving nine functional test scenarios. The results showed that all tested scenarios obtained a valid status, including login, management of teacher, student, and class data, violation records, student violation records, and parent summons. The developed system supports the structured management of student data, counseling services, student violations, and the documentation and reporting of counseling activities.
