Abstract

The choice of online transportation services is important for students to support daily activities
efficiently, safely, and comfortably. This study aims to identify the preferences of Universitas
Pertamina students in choosing between Gojek, Grab, and Maxim, with data collected through
literature review and questionnaires from 30 respondents. Analysis using the Analytical Hierarchy
Process (AHP) with Expert Choice software showed that safety was the most important criterion
with a weight of 0.286, followed by price (0.259) and comfort (0.190). Among the three alternatives,
Gojek scored the highest at 0.634, making it the primary choice for students. These findings indicate
that safety is the key factor in selecting online transportation services and provide insights for
service providers to better align their offerings with student needs.
