Abstract

Community satisfaction is the state of fulfillment of activities, expectations and needs of the
community or society. When the community is not satisfied with the existing services, the services
will definitely not run efficiently and effectively. Community satisfaction with services is an
important factor when developing a service system that meets the needs of the community,
including health services. Health services established by the government to meet the needs and
interests of the community are in the form of General Hospitals. So with this, the purpose of this
article is to find out the level of public satisfaction with the medical services provided by Wiyung
Sejahtera Hospital Surabaya. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using
a Google Form questionnaire. Data for this study was collected by sharing Google Forms with
individuals who received treatment and participated. Based on this research, several parties
concluded that the service process of Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital Surabaya was very satisfactory
and the service standards were in accordance with the SOP
