Vitalitas Keterlibatan Kerja dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Guru
Abstract
This study explores the direct and indirect effects of personality on teacher organizational
commitment by mediating work engagement. The research data was collected by a
questionnaire through the survey survey method. The research sample was 35 teachers. Data
analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that
personality and work involvement have positive and significant direct effect on
organizational commitment and personality has positive and significant indirect effect on
organizational commitment by mediating work engagement. Thus, the commitment of teacher
organizations can be improved through personality and job involvement
